   2022年12月11日，山东思玛特教育科技有限公司与山东青年政治学院外国语学院就“校企合作、产教融合”达成新一轮三年合作协议。总经理屈杨与翻译总监曹景浩应外国语学院邀请分别受聘为英语专业应届毕业翻译方向行业导师与实习导师。双方将在现有优质丰富的实践导师团队基础上，探索翻译就业方向的实训实习新形式，新方法。

On December 11, 2022, Shandong Smart Education Technology Co., Ltd. reached a new three-year cooperation agreement with the School of Foreign Languages of Shandong Youth University of Political Science on "School-Enterprise Cooperation And Education-Industry Integration". General Manager Qu Yang and Translation Director Cao Jinghao were invited by the School of Foreign Languages to respectively serve as Industry Mentor and internship mentor for English major graduates focusing on translation. On the basis of the existing high-quality and abundance of practice mentorship, both sides will explore new ways and methods in the direction of translation employment and hands-on internships.

   在新的合作协议中，屈总与曹老师将继续为外国语学院学生提供深度指导，分享其广泛的翻译经验和专业知识。此举不仅将加强学生们的特色技能训练，提升他们的实际操作能力，而且充分体现了山东青年学院致力于提升学生就业竞争力，将理论和实际紧密结合的办学理念。

In the new cooperation agreement, Mr. Qu and Mr. Cao will continue to provide in-depth guidance to students at the School of Foreign Languages, sharing their extensive translation experience and professional knowledge. This move not only enhances students' specialized skill training and improves their practical operation capabilities but also fully embodies Shandong Youth University of Political Science's commitment to improving students' employability by closely combining theory and practice in its educational philosophy.

   思玛特教育科技将在现有“专4专8做翻译（证件类）”项目的基础上与外国语学院深度合作，研发更加适合大三大四同学水平的培训课程。下一步，公司将协助山东青年政治学院外国语学院落实以学生为中心的"校企合作"策略，把更多实习项目落地，更进一步推动了学院的产学研活动。帮助同学们拓宽视野，将外语知识转变为翻译实践操作的能力。

Smart Education Technology will deepen collaboration with the School of Foreign Languages based on the current "Professional 4 & 8 Translation (document category)" project, developing more suitable courses for year-three and year-four students. In the next step, the company will assist the School of Foreign Languages of Shandong Youth University of Political Science in implementing a student-centered "School-enterprise Collaboration" strategy, grounding more internship projects, and further driving the university's research and development activities.
